1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging whenever possible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Items damaged through misuse or unauthorized modification

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, customers must contact support@focalisshop.com and provide:

- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if applicable

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

4. Return Processing Location

Returns are processed at our international logistics center.

Specific return instructions and address details will be provided upon return authorization.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and customs-related fees.

If the product is defective or incorrect, assistance may be provided according to applicable laws.

6. Exchanges

Customers requesting exchanges for another product, color, or variation may be responsible for price differences and shipping costs.

7. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

8. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on the financial institution.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

9. International Returns

Customers should not send products back without prior authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
