Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging whenever possible.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Items damaged through misuse or unauthorized modification

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, customers must contact support@focalisshop.com with:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting photos if applicable

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.


4. Return Processing Location

Returns are processed through our international logistics center.

Specific return instructions and address details will be provided only after return approval.


5. Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we may provide assistance according to applicable consumer protection laws.

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs-related fees.


6. Exchanges

Customers requesting exchanges for another model, color, or product may be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs.


7. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.


8. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on the financial institution.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
